Brandon was great to work with and let me tell you why:
1). He made the mortgage loan process easy: Brandon took the heavy lifting regarding the process, communication and advice so that I knew where I stood and I knew what I needed to do to keep the process going. Getting a home has moments where things move very quickly and you need a team of experts to move you through that process so it works to your benefit especially if there are multiple people vying for the same home.

2) He kept me informed: I didn't have to lean on my own understanding for everything. He'd explain areas I didn't understand or relay again when I needed to hear the information over. For these reasons, I felt confident relying on his subject matter expertise to make the best decisions.

3). He informed me of programs/grants to benefitting the homebuyer: We went down the line of the various ways to get the most benefit based on my specific goals. For me, I wanted the lowest possible mortgage payment and he informed me of the 2:1 Buy down program, which made it possible for me to accomplish that goal. When we as consumers want knowledge - we need someone to know these types of insider tips with so much information out there. Knowing about this particular program was what ultimately made me comfortable to make one of the biggest purchases of my life on my own.
